A Forced Change?

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 As the England captain will be on the bench
For whatever reason
Will we now play a holding midfielder
That we have, so much been needing?

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Will Lampard and Gerrard
Now both know, that the pair of them can go forward
Instead of this mess that I must confess
Has been confusing, mixed up and boring

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 One man, does not make any team
As Sven so far has proved
But with a top class midfield, all knowing its job
Will we get back in the groove?

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Beckham will be missed, as usual
When any part of the plan has gone
But this change is forced upon the manager
That should have been tried out earlier on

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Three players off the same ilk
Are not versatile enough
We need someone to mix it up
And when needs be, be tough!

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 So bring on them Poles who are on a roll
Lets go and qualify with style
Cos as of late, I must tell yer mate
Its been missing by a mile!
