Won over and caught by the club made in heaven
I’ve followed the Redmen from Cardiff to Rome
From the cold nights in London and all the way home
Wrapped up in me red scarf and never afraid
I’ve worn me colours the allegiance displayed
I’ve sung all the songs and danced on the kop
From the times of our glory when we won the lot

And I’ve thought myself blessed to watch the reds play
The gifts of Dalglish and when Rush lined up to shoot
I’d pay just to watch him lace up his boots
I remember the league titles robed in ribbons of red
And I pray that one day I will see this again
And we’ll meet in The Albert with those of the faith
To sing the songs of our victory in the month of May

Those reds up in heaven who meet each Saturday
And you’ll find them together and they’ll join up as one
Watch history made and roar each Redman on
For this place filled with legends whose boots cast in gold

I remember the sad day that Shanks bid goodbye here
And the skies above Anfield they filled up with tears

The passion for the reds is born in each heart
