You can tell what’s going on all around you
Your mate commentates in your ear

Sudden stillness gives it away
Do you watch the linesmans flag
Or rely on the whistle to detail play

A force like the rush of the sea
The feel of a pristine programme
The taste of the mushy peas

Notes

The news that NCFC have increased capacity to 90 wheelchair users and 185 other disabled fans and introduced a dedicated audio service for visually impaired fans made me think about how we enjoy the game in different ways. Well done Norwich City in recognising the differing needs of supporters and giving everyone the opportunity to participate. They also have an away game bus with wheelchair access.

Not forgetting our ‘sixth sense’ that often comes on strong just before KO when you just KNOW what sort of result your team are about to serve up…
