Act 2 of the ‘Play on Names’

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 If you walk down the Alli
When there’s no-one around,
Just use the Southgate
To get into the ground.
No Martial arts on the programme,
It’s all football today,
The supporters are Keane,
They’ve been waiting so Long
For their teams to come out and play.
Some come from Townsend
Just over Myhill,
A challenging trip for a Walker
Having to dodge all the Stones on the Rhodes,
But it helps to Drinkwater out of a Can,
Downing it fast as is the wont of a man.
No Mata what age,
From the Young to the old,
Some using a Kane,
They are all gathered there
For the Love of the game.
Watmore can I say about football
That hasn’t already been said,
When Cleverley played
With Noble intent,
The fans Lingard on,
So glad that they went.
