Brighton v Norwich

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Norwich needed a consistent run
Now they’re back on track
An athletics track no less
Though no race with egg and spoon or sack
One shot was put, then another
Two goals in one first half
Another one was added
Before they had a bath
Our clean sheet was messed up
The Seagulls scored a direct hit
We were under the hammer as Brighton came back
We were hanging on a bit
Now we’ve zipped up the league
Twelfth in the Championship table
How to score goals and get three points
At last they’ve read the label

Three goals and three points made it all worthwhile as the Norwich
travelling faithful got a good soaking in the uncovered away end – easy for me to say as I wasn’t there
