Bring On The Knight.. In Blue

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 where every mixed emotion burns
on euro nights like these
as fluttered hearts and racing heads
look long for one to lead

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 while fans and hacks wait drooling
to taunt and dream the day
remember well how Rome was built
and we are but half way

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 the daunting Anfield roar may rise
old anthems churn out loud
dream on dream on of days long gone
the mighty Blues stand proud

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 and you may rile at money’s power
this game and how it goes
come Tuesday night the chips are down
our faith just grows and grows

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 for we are at our greatest
when up against the wall
Mourhino’s men they fear no-one
no team nor crowd nor all

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 so half-time now and goal-less
all quiet before the fight
all silent in the Chelsea camp
in Blue bring on the knight

Notes

i’ve always wondered ..grammar wise why do they hanve a sign saying this is an field in Liverpool. Down south we call it a field..surely..just checking?

So many blue knights out there ..what is it they say Blue sky at night
shed-heads delight? So now to turn the red sea blue on the night itself (apparently). He said confidently! Lovely bit of baiting going on here.nice ot see the vibe building..not that we haven’t owund everyone up this season..still it needed it didn’t it….just thought I’d join in..
shame we can still only do the treble and not the quadruple but let’s not be greedy guys..(please don’t let htese be famous last words Frank)
…and how nice to see those who are not too old to remember in Pepperland (or la la land) looking in their old dusty trophy cabinet etc;

We don’t have a problem with dust in our cabinet at the Bridge.. our cabinet is pretty empty. What a shame though, if Liverpol win the Champions League and don’t get allowed to play in next year becasue of hteir poor league form..don’t worry though Chelsea will send your love to everyone for you !… .(peace before the storm)
