Bring on the Robins

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 We entertain Swindon Town tomorrow
as the Robins fly into the Ricoh
it should be a passionate match
even without the fiery Di Canio.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 But we need to win the game
to keep the top six in sight
but we have to play well
and be ready for a fight.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Swindon are a decent outfit
then again we ain’t too bad
but our home form is a bit iffy
bordering on pathetic and sad.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Away from home we are on fire
in fact we now expect to always win
but at the Ricoh we often lose
that’s why the crowds are so thin.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 But may the best team win on the day
and there will be a goal or two
the Football will be of high quality
and the winners will wear Sky Blue !

Notes

Our Robins flew the nest recently so good riddance to him.
But tomorrow we could close the gap with a win over the Robins of Swindon,but with our home form fragile to say the least anything could happen. I’m looking forward to it though,and hope we can give the play offs a good go now.
