maybe you struggled to see
but I didn’t care I was glad to be there
the first time that someone took me

can you remember the day
did you keep saying who is that playing
or were you too nervous to say?

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 can you remember the feeling
walking along with the crowd
holding some hand in the terrace or stand
didn’t the roar seem so loud?

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 sometimes I sit here and wonder
if Pete hadn’t begged me to go
I’d never have known all the stuff I’ve been shown
that continues to move me and grow
