Celtic Born and Bred

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 I’ve followed the Celtic since I was a lad
Just like my father and his old dad
We walked down the Gallowgate take in a jar
Crack a joke have a laugh with the tims in Baird’s bar

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 The sea of green emerald would fill up my eyes
As we walked through the gates of our dear paradise
We’d watch for our heroes at the start of the game
As they came out on to holy ground we’d chant each name

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Each man was a legend a hero to us all
But none more than Jinky with his feet on the ball
He took on the might of Herrera’s Inter Milan
But he was just one of eleven great men.
