Back in 2003
A cool and enigmatic bloke
A smart Alec to you and me.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Your Porto side were divers
Your tactics were quite clear
But could we turn you over?
Well, we we did come very near.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 A further year did then pass,
Now 2004
You added the big cup to your list
but still you wanted more.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Off to Chelsea you did go
To spend old Roman’s cash
Throwing your medals to the crowd
It all seemed rather rash

and the bullet you did get
but you just shrugged your shoulders
Smiled and said “no sweat”.

Just chilled a patient man
Then the call and off you went
To Inter of Milan

The big cup is yours again
But not content, you jacked it in
