Darlington

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Will Darlington go bust?
Is the question on everyone’s lips
“Someone will arrive, they always do”
To prevent a total eclipse

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Three nil loss to Barrow
Yes, it’s more than a bad patch
But the supporters are determined
It’s not the Quakers last match

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 “It’s a billion pound industry”
I’m annoyed and persistently pester
Something, somewhere, doesn’t feel right
But hold on, there’s a mystery investor

Notes

An 11th hour investor doesn’t take away from the fact that there are huge issues. Darlington have almost 130 years of history and lifted the FA Trophy at Wembley last season. Yet they face the chop.
