Dreamland for Reds, Nightmares for Blues

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Once in the league and once in the cup
Two wins at Stamford Bridge for the on form reds
Not forgetting the double last season
Two wins in nine days against the blues
One conceded and four scored
Carling cup semi – final beckons
As Luiz fell over Coates’ leg
Not long later with no Kuyt, Gerrard or Suarez
The big man Andy Carroll saw his penalty saved
But it was not the night for Chelsea
As Liverpool continued to give Chelsea nightmares
The grieving Bellamy the provider
For a close range shot for Maxi and a first goal for Kelly
Chelsea losing five out of the last nine
Things not looking good for AVB
But four wins in a row against Chelsea
And an undefeated record for King Kenny against Chelsea
Was dampened by the boss of midfield Lucas being carried off
All red fans hoping he’ll be back as soon as possible
Our number Twenty-One belongs in a red shirt playing on the pitch
Tackling anything that comes his way
Hopefully he shan’t be watching from the sidelines for too long
Another win for the reds against the blues
And still Chelsea must travel north to Anfield
They must be quaking in their boots
At the thought of playing a third game against the reds

Notes

Dalglish as a Liverpool manager has an unbeaten record against Chelsea 13: 10 wins and 3 draws, meanwhile Liverpool have now beaten Chelsea four times in a row scoring seven and conceding one, not to mention twelve points and a place in the carling cup semi final.
Not a bad record to hold
