Exits. Feuds & A Robbed Liverpool.

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 So we exit with a whimper,
Did we play our big game in the league?
As the feud between Mourinho and Wenger
Captivates both radio and T.V.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 I’d love to make a comment on the spat
Of current mud that’s being slung
But as I didn’t hear either from where I was at
I couldn’t possibly make one.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 A classic game at The Emirates,
Has been overshadowed by this row,
Where I liked to put a question to Howard Webb
“When you didn’t give that nailed on penalty shout
Pray explain the why and how?”

Notes

I’ve heard plenty about the latest episode in the on-going feud here in London between Wenger and Mourinho, but haven’t actually seen either on the T.V so will hold fire with my take on the above.

I have however seen the penalty shout that was turned down by Howard Webb, who was standing right there, and waving play on with a cross of his hands. Brendan Rogers should have won an award at the BAFTA’s last night for acting… composed when this terrible decision has clearly cost his team at the very least least a replay.

Did a smug Wenger actually see the penalty incident or not? His answer to the question was so vague and confusing I wasn’t sure?, and why didn’t the following interviewer ask The Ox the pertinent question?, after all only he knows why/if he fouled Suarez or not?

Strange.

Carefree…. braised in Celery.

Stay well, be lucky and keep smiling.

Peace.

Kev.
