hell bent on venting
their collective spleen.

already troubled waters;
team’s patchy progress lambasted
by long suffering supporters.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 First target: the manager;
tactics under the spotlight;
fails to placate fans
with rigid 4-4-2 formation.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Former youth team boss
floundering like a fish
out of water.
Out of his depth.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Next the team:
bunch of overpaid has-beens,
lightweight in midfield,
porous in defence.

just going through the motions
on the pitch whilst
fans rant in the stands.

clueless crew preside over

Notes

I regularly read the thoughts of fellow Swindon fans on the various message boards and wonder to what extent they represent the sentiments of the majority. Good entertainment, though!!
