1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Grass with blades,
in constant warrior stance,
unable to move,
just plot and huddle,
before being trampled in the advance.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Ball resolute like a naval ship,
duty to perform,
waves crash upon it’s bows,
stern enough,
to sail on to the next port of call.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Posts hastily laid,
pre-knitted defences,
for today,
like a castle,
they shall keep.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Boys of varying strengths,
chosen by the biggest and the best,
to lead their team to victory,
to shoulder their side’s pride,
schooling over,
learning done,
time to fight nigh.
