Giants of Glasgow

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Green and white versus red, white and blue
who will win, I haven’t a clue
oldest rivals, in a brand new season
causes a city to lose all it’s reason
the history, that’s religious and bitter
bigot’s a plenty that come with the glitter
say what you want but the atmosphere’s great
the best in world, it surely would rate
songs are sung, till the roof is raised
both sets of fans have got to be praised
the colour, the splendor, of the occasion
has got to be taken into the equation
and wherever they go they make such a din
they follow their teams through thick n thin
the giants of Glasgow with their loyal fans,
continue the tradition and history spans,
two teams of greatness from one mighty city
where humour is course but terribly witty
so go to the match if you get a chance
and follow the mad, Glasgow football dance
