the season to be jolly
For those not allergic to plastic holly

Your sons classmates or the cat-next-door?
step carefully in your choice of gift
To avoid a serious family rift

Before the turkey, duck, goose or pheasant?
surprise! Rip and tear the festive wrap
Or wait till after The Speech and power nap

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 How was your Christmas? Does it depend
On special gifts or time with friends
hip hip hooray, it’s just three points that count
To keep your season in with a shout

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 Christmas awaits, it’s all wrapped up
Anticipation, celebrations erupt
Will the gifts you give go down well?
The final countdown, only time will tell

I hope ‘The Man’ likes what he finds in his stocking. A win against Millwall on Boxing Day is undoubtedly on his wish list.
