Hot legs

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 It’s his team
His club
His ground
Home leg

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 They’re his players
They listen well, but who can tell
How they’ll fare
Across two legs?

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 It’s plain he’s dissed
He’ll be sorely missed
His decision
To leg it

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 We musn’t scoff
He could be off
We hope he’ll stay, make us play
Cos we foretell, a legend

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Let us hope, the scaremongers are wrong
That he’ll stay ere long
But it’s a rumour that’s strong
And now today, it’s got legs

Notes

Say it ain’t so, Jo(sé)

Rumour has it that José Mourinho is disappointed with
the lack of back up from the board regarding his
touchline ban imposed by EUFA.
So for tonight’s Champions League Quarter Final first leg,
he has announced that he is staying away from the match completely.

A master stroke?
Or major strop?

Time will tell.
