How Will They Manage ?

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Are managers cracking up
unable to stand the pace ?
they’re losing their tempers
and going red in the face.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Many are ranting and raving
and being sent to the stand,
using foul and abusive language
getting huge fines and banned.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Is the modern game too stressful
causing blood pressure to rise
will owners do almost anything
in their quest for the ultimate prize ?

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Some managers only last a few months
before they’re shown the exit door,
but you can guarantee it won’t be long
till they’re coming back for more.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 So why do they do the job then
when they daily face the sack
and have a rich ambitious chairman
constantly on their back ?

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 They probably just love the game
and football is in their blood,
but they do get really well paid
especially when their team is doing good.

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 But let’s not feel sorry for them shall we
even when they’ve been sacked and got rid,
because their failure will soon get rewarded
with a payout of around two million quid !

With Mourinho losing the plot and Sherwood getting the sack at Villa and constantly reading about managers leaving clubs after just a few months in charge, I’m starting to think football’s gone mad.
But I was shocked to read that Sherwood is in line for a pay off of two million pounds. I know he did his best there but I can’t get my head around how anybody deserves a huge amount of money for let’s be honest here being a bit of a disaster ? Football like the world is insane !
