In my executive box.
I put on an accent exceedingly posh.
I sit with my chums and we spout utter tosh.
We sip dry Martinis until we’re quite sloshed.
In my executive box.

In my executive box.
I spend half the time on my cellular phone.
Consult business contacts in Moscow and Rome.
I buy and flog shares, then call in a few loans.
In my executive box.

In my executive box.
I type on my laptop and scan the FT.
I pull out a toothpick and spruce up my teeth.
I look for the cuff-link that got lost last week.
In my executive box.

In my executive box.
I wear a sharp suit of the finest mohair.
I munch vol-au-vents which are lighter than air.
And if I want a prawn sandwich, why, one’s always there.
In my executive box.

In my executive box.
I network like mad and I drop loads of names.
Get back on the phone and dial up an old flame.
The one thing I don’t do is watch the damn game!
In my executive box.
