The one who leads you on
Must be prepared to change the game plan
Be positive, be strong!

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 As a right hand man with pad in hand
Barks orders, over grass
He’s a middle of the road assistant
We want passion from top brass!

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 The dug out should be erupting
To get the point across
But yer man in charge, with a salary large
Is not sure, he’s the boss!

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 ‘ Our players are the best in the World’
At least that’s what we’ve read
But a system so foreign, to them all
Is dull, it must be said!

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 The buck must stop, with the man at the top
Will a lack of goals, cause heads to roll?
Fans want passion from their leader
Not Ikea, staid and cold!

So much more than we did’
You didn’t want to win a World Cup tie
Who d’yer think yer trying to kid?

Notes

Good old Sven, for the massive salary that he’s paid, he never takes training! Sits glumly in the dug-out, apart from pushing his glasses up his nose, never seems to move a muscle. Oh, I forgot, he asked Sammy Lee, for the time, that was all, he did all night.

When the proverbial hits the fan, he doesn’t do interviews.

What a life! I want some of that!

Is McLaren, really the boss? Cos England really looked liked a mixed up Middlesborough last night and no mistake. World class players, we do have them its true, were totally confused, that is not their fault! The system, if there was one, was all over the place.

That is down to the manager.

We need and want answers! Not feeble excuses!

Lets dismiss tact and politeness and get those answers!
