To cross the line divine.

As wild exocets flew in
Whilst the culprit from the other team
Struts his stuff and grins.

Show us fans embrace pure fantasy
Show the keepers pain.

Notes

As anyone who reads me rantings here knows. I’m no big fan of some of the pundits and somewhat tired format of M oft D.

So they won’t read this poem out on Auntie Beeb then Kev?(as if).

I do catch the show on the odd occasion and last night I have to say after watching, what a blinding selection of quite simply terrific goals have been chosen for October’s goal of the month competition. The second (I think) Wigan goal at Anfield and the first Spurs goal at The Emirates are me choice’s in case anyone’s interested!
