Isolated wisdom from the unheard corner

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 I sit there shivering, oblivious to all and sundry
Unnoticed I stand sulking, be it rain, shine or windy

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 The luminaries clasp me and thrust their pelvis
Freddie, Jagger, Lennon, but mostly it’s Elvis

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 If they asked me I’d solve every goal-line dispute
Alas from my position I could never uproot

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 No argy, no bargy, not a whisker of a false claim
My decision would be final, get on with the game!
