It’s Too Late Glen Mate.

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 “Why didn’t you simply clout him
I says to Terry Fenwick?”
Ain’t that advocating cheating
Akin to The Hand Of God?
We’re always fond of repeating
Or the wise advice of a hypocrite, (after the act)
Being offered to him
From a so called Man of God?

The wonderful second goal by Diego Maradona, against England, controlled and scored on a pitch that makes Wormwood Scrubs seem like Wembley. Is coming under scrutiny again and rightly so. But Glen (Man of God) Hoddle’s comments (above) are not doing anyone any favours are they? If despite the antics of Arjen Robben we’re trying to promote a bit of honesty and integrity here. Fenwick had already been booked so would probably have been sent off, had he even managed to get near him (Maradona) anyway.

Stay well, be lucky and keep smiling.
