Flowers take the place
A word of comfort and none forgotten
For evil came this way
But when the day comes to it rest
And time flows on again
Let Justice be the one who speaks
Let common sense prevail
Let those who call for blind revenge
Know hatred weaves a spell
The bombs that fall from angers hands
Spring from the self same well
So let the voice of reason speak
Unite be not afraid
For life like football teaches us
When common sense prevails.

Notes

RIP all those lost in the London Bombings last week, prayers go out to the bereaved families, and also to those who suffered injuries both physical and psychological. But a prayer also that people allow the true course of Justice to flow without resorting to racism and bigotry.

We have already seen where such blind hatred leads.
