Low Key? That Suits Me.

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 It weren’t nothing special
A one – all drawn game
So we look to the next match unfazed
We’ve won tournaments and medals
Before boarding the plane
Yet this time our mindset has changed.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Not seen a paper yet
Don’t think I will
Can’t get their negative stance
We’re making some progress
Roy’s looking to build
Just might get there, given the chance.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Laurent Blanc’s charges
Are clearly no mugs?
Well versed in that Barca type game
Yet we made then work hard
So their unbeaten run
Stood intact when fin finally came.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Hodgson post match realistic
Was clear and concise
Had quietly done his work on The French
So we can be optimistic
The words spoken are wise
Which are sent to the field from the bench.

Notes

Interesting changes afoot in the Ingerland camp: a rigid game plan being adhered to for ninety minutes plus, so if you can’t win, then don’t lose, some new faces getting a game at last, lots of different players being interveiwed post match, Wayne Rooney and his new napper/dapper inplants warming the bench looked kinda cool as well.

The future looks good.

Go well and be lucky.

Peace.

Kev.
