yet I have an
inkling, Chrimbo
will be in limbo, until
Santa fills his sack, so it
is engorged instead of slack
and then it’s “up, up and away!”
and Rudolph leads the sleigh, guided
from the North Pole, so that Santa may fill
every chimney hole, and in among the gifts galore
deliver unto us: someone who can score!

Merry Christmas to all our readers and poetic contributors!

For the 14th year in a row, we’ve had contributions almost every single day of the year.

This is a unique site.
A niche one perhaps, but beloved to so many.
It is the largest site of it’s kind in the world, with more than 15,000 poems from more than a 1,000 unique contributors, from the four corners of the globe.

Personally, a big shout out to Crispin, who is carrying out most of the administration on this site by himself.

He would love the site to be more interactive, and is hoping that you’ll join him on the FP Facebook page to help that aim.

Once again, a Merry Christmas to you all, to the young,or the young at heart, all of us bonded by a single love!
