He’d find a place for Gazza at St James’s Park
Training the youngsters he’d be sound

“By his own hand” some say its true

Mistakes? we all are human, weak?
Insecure? It’s not a crime

That football breaks its own heart too
And mighty legends fall to earth

But football neglects its finest vine
Look what it did to Bobby Moore
Whilst mediocrity buys new 4 x 4’s
For lads who’ve yet won bugger all.
