One In Ten

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 I am the one in ten
I wonder am I missed
I am the one in ten
And soon i won’t exist
Nobody wants me
Prices are unfair
I am just a child
But no-one seems to care

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 I am the one in ten
In case you didn’t know
And in my student world
I can never go
Nobody listens
Or tries to understand
Football’s too expensive
Right throughout the land

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 I am the other nine
And I am forty three
Seats are bald and empty
like those who sit with me
Nobody’s bothered
No-one seems to care
Kids can watch on tele
Kids can look elsewhere

Notes

This after ” The Premier League’s own survey for last season shows that fewer than one in 10 fans, 9%, are under 24, and crowds are steadily growing older with the average now 43. ”
