Pat Jennings.

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Patsy where’d you get those hands that are bigger than a ball?
Its said that you can carry two kids on one of each to school
As you come for crosses and catch them
With one just massive paw
Wingers look in disbelief, then sadly drop their jaw’s
I think you scored a goal once, with a mighty kick
Maybe you just threw it in with one tremendous flick?
The one handed save to us you gave
Is still pictured in my mind
Pat Jennings the gentle giant
Who played for both North London sides

Notes

Sorry, another keeper one. This guy was a credit to us all no fuss, just went about his business and got on with it.

He seemed at the time to play for ever.

peace.
