Norwich City are the ‘giants’
We only need to win the game
It’s hardly rocket science

Paulton Rovers to be precise
They play in purple and for a poet
That fact ain’t too nice

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Nothing rhymes with purple
They’re causing us problems already
Paulton Rovers are “living the dream…”
With the nation watching, on telly

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 The neutrals will root for Rovers
For us to be the weekends shock stat
Norwich City aren’t going to Wembley
But please make it back to the hat!

Tomorrow, Norwich City’s cup run could be over, two rounds and two months before it normally starts. It’s weird this, because I always support the ‘little’ team in a Cup game and we are a little team really. But Paulton Rovers are much littler and the romantic in me would like a replay so we can welcome them to Carrow Road!
(yeah I know, I should be careful what I wish for…)

I can just see the headlines though.. “Paulton Wonderers” if they beat City….always love the FA Cup….Editors
