Notes

What’s Frankie Lampard on about? How does he know what the score would have been and what would have happened if he’d stayed on the pitch for the full ninety minutes?

Big Phil said he went to Anfield looking to win the game. That’s not how it looked to me, Phil mate from where I was sitting, on the sofa indoors.

At least them Koppites and me agree on something, the totally inept, once again, performance of one…. Mike (Smiley) Riley.

Why was our man Boswinga allowed to stay on the pitch after kicking out at Yossi Benyoum? When he should have at least been nicked for common assault. What’s a linesman doing, standing out there, watching that kind of stuff going down and doing sweet FA about it?
