Quick The Gunners Are Marching!

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 “Quick the Gunners are marching” I said,
To my dad and my mate as I lead,
I saw Van Persie and Fabregas too,
I also saw the rest of the Arsenal crew.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 I saw them march into the mighty Emirates ground,
To play the Boro we did sit and surround,
“I hope we win this time ” I said,
“Because last time we lost 2-0”
And that score I did dread.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 The Emirates was amazing
The best ground i’ve ever seen,
I dunno about Wembley
The Emirates was opened by the Queen,
I really do enjoy seeing Fabregas on the ball
He’s a good boy.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 I felt sick when we drew 1-1 I really did
I zipped up my jacket and hid
From the Boro fans they did shout and chant,
So my Dad waved back and the Boro fans did pant.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 So now we are behind,
In the table below Man U
Arsene Wenger didn’t seem to mind,
But the title is still in grasp,
I hope at the end of the season
The title we may clasp.

I think i’m alright at poetry but i take my hat off and bow to the Humphries: Non Humphries and Brychan Humphries. I think their poetry is so ace .So well done you two!! keep up the hard work!
