so against Sweden England led,
the ball nestled in their net
put there by Slab Head.
An unlikely hero
in the shirt of red,
he’s a big lad
is young Slab Head.
He’s good in the air
and stops attacks stone dead,
and he likes to move forward
he’s an all rounder is Slab Head.
He’s a brave English lion
with a heart as big as a shed,
determined and driven
he gives his all does Slab Head.
He’s having a great World Cup
a player opponents now dread,
so well done Harry Maguire
affectionately known as Slab Head.

Notes

Harry Maguire’s nickname is Slab Head, maybe the size of his forehead or the fact that he good at heading the ball ? But whatever the reason Slab Head could end up with a winners medal !
