Small Talk

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 All the money in the world
And it came down to Pen-nies
Jose thinks Liverpool are a small club
Commentators say Pepe Rena is not very tall
For a goalkeeper
The Kop must have been wearing their Lucky Smalls
It was a big deal
As the minted imperials were beaten by three-penny-bits
Four-one on pens
Saves for a Rena day
As the Red Pen once again punished mistakes
Jose looked Pen-sive, his team looked ex-Pen-sive
Fortune favoured the save

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Cech was asked to sign the Visitors Book at Anfield
but he didn’t have a Pen on him

Notes

I enjoyed this televised game. Liverpool may be owned by Americans, with a squad from all five corners of the universe but with Scouse at its heart, they remain a team who know where they come from and where they are heading for.
