Stinking Rich And No Pitch!

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 At a club awash with money
Where the owner’s stinking rich
You’d think that we could find the funds
To plant a decent pitch

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 All ball controls impossible
It bobble’s, stops and rolls
It’s probable Ashley Cole’s in hospital
Because of mole craters and holes

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Our team it’s true ain’t playing well
And our pitch is a disgrace
So we can’t use this as the only excuse
If we do fail, in this seasons title race

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Has Wormwood Scrubs been replanted*
In the royal blue, royal borough
Is that why we’re missing so many chances
As we get stuck fast in it’s furrows?

Notes

*Wormwood Scrubs or ‘The Scrubs’ in West London, is an infamous prison, that has acre’s of football pitches all around the oustside of it, where school and local teams play their matches.

Last night I was sitting right where Ashley Cole went over, I thought at first that he’d broken his leg, it was frightening.

peace.

kev.
