Terrace Song

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 I stood in the Gladwys Street End
Where my Grandfather (I never knew him)
Had seen Dixie Dean

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 I felt his presence as we sang
Andy is a King, Andy is King
After he scored in a 2-2 draw
With Swansea and John Toshack

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 I drove nearly 700 miles in one day
just for 90 minutes of the Toffees in Houston
I wore my Everton cap and sat in the stands
No terraces, but the feeling was the same

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 This is what it means to be a True Blue
I cried when I saw them run out

Notes

I was born in England. My dad was an American Serviceman….My mother English. I was a Blue from the moment my mother told me that my grandfather, who died when she was 15, that he was.
