Who promised you fabulous things
Like a house of cards
His loyalty has just come tumbling down
At his new clubs press launch he just grins

He really did look the biz
Especially the time in that hard fought replay away
When you won the prized shirt in the scrum, that was his

How could we so so wrong?
He’s made fools of us grown up men/women”

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 “Me kids have just heard
We’re all blimming hurt
That he’s just put pen to paper and signed for… Them”!

Next to the one of the quare one indoors
How’ll you ward off the jibes of your workmates
That next season he’s no longer yours?

The roulette wheel has just started spinning in that great summer game of chance that’s our domestic transfer market!

It sure helps to keep the close season upbeat, otherwise there’s no point in reading the back pages of the papers……is there?

The next few weeks are gonna be lets just say…… very interesting!
