The Corruption Team

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 There are obvious signs of crimes at the scene.
Now it’s justice versus the corruption team.
Who will come out of this battle on top?
The establishment or the voice of The Kop?

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Fans lie on the terraces motionless and weak.
Fans lie on the pitch, attention they seek.
One ambulance arrives, the rest turned back.
The police think the Forest fans are under attack.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Crimes being committed, the rule book ignored.
Emergency plans delayed, the system all flawed.
The establishment eagerly getting their lies spread.
Now a 25 year battle for justice lied ahead.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 So those years have passed, where do we stand?
We’ve discovered how corruption got out of hand.
Day by day the inquiry drills the truth home.
But will justice be seen? that remains unknown.
