The deck chair top.

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 I’m tired and weary
My poor feet are aching
I’ve dropped a right clanger
If I’m not mistaken.
I queued up for hours
Outside the club shop
It’s the bairns birthday the morra
And he wants a new top.
He wanted the home shirt
But ah did not think
So the one that they sold me
Is kinda yellow and pink.
It’s the latest away top
So the spoiled little brat
Yelled yer can take that back granda
Because I’m not wearing that
Designed by Ashley and co
So what do you expect
And they are Thirty quid cheaper
Down at SPORTS DIRECT.

Notes

I shudder to think what Jackie Milburn, Joe Harvey, Jimmy Scoular would have thought if they had been asked to represent Newcastle Utd wearing this grotesque shirt. Ashley and his coherts ought to be put on trial for crimes against our city and a once proud football club. PLEASE GO NOW.
