These Changing Times

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 So Rodgers departs and in comes Klopp.
The football merry go round, will it ever stop?
Our new Main Stand seems to reach the sky.
The times are changing, the years pass by.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 These days our trophy cabinet is a little bare.
But the money pours in, the number one care.
It’s a changing game and I struggle to keep up.
The top 4 takes all,and we sneer at the Cup.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 But in these changing times that we all live in.
Where loyalty is now rare and patience is thin.
One thing we scousers can guarantee for sure.
Our lost friends will be remembered for evermore.
