Think On

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Sleeping on a gravestone, smashing up homes.
The nightmare sound of those cracking bones.
Drink, drug abuse the only outcome for some.
Think of those for who the journey is not done.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Think on, think of couples now couples no more.
Remorse and guilt for wounded minds to store.
Silence and frustration, throwing bricks at walls.
Clouds circled above, God beckons you and calls.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 On tip toe standing, targeting much needed air.
The last thing you see an idle policeman’s stare.
Hillsborough has caused so much unspoken pain.
Please remember every victim, every silent name.
