This Summer

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 So who will we shout for this summer?
For us it will be such a bummer
Some say they won’t watch it at all
So raw is the wound, that handball
The Anyone But England brigade
Will be on their usual crusade
They’d drive you into depression
With their 800 years of oppression
They’ll follow Chelsea, Pool or ManU
Same players with three lions are taboo
Maybe this time won’t be such a wrench
A common enemy in the French
Surmount that cut from Henrys sabre
Be a friendly supportive near neighbour

Notes

It will be hard to watch the World Cup this summer knowing we won’t be there. I’ll be supporting our near neighbours England, I really believe they have the manager and squad to do it this time (even on penalties).
