Tottenham away

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Tottenham away

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 First game lost, what did we expect
Tottenham away, Phil Dowd the ref
Bad decisions have become the norm
At least the officials are true to form

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 First half we were very poor
And never looked like we were gonna score
Totenham played out of their skin
And thouroughly deserved the half time win

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Only one nil it could have been more
But good old Robbie failed to score
And super Pepe was at his best
Flying everywhere like a man possessed

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Second half we came alive
The football flowed we played with pride
Glen fought hard for his penalty
calmly slotted home by Stevie G

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 The game was turning we could feel it
We thought we could go on and steal it
Then the sucker punch came along
A glorious header by Bassong

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 We attacked them hard for the final thirty
So Tottenham resorted to playing dirty
A blatant push, an Ekotto handball
Dowd never saw what was obvious to all

8 Leave a comment on verse 8 0 So we lost our opening game
Away to Tottenham, that’s no shame
Lets lift our heads up that’s our way
Judge ourselves at the end of May

9 Leave a comment on verse 9 0 Tony Stapo 17/8/09
