Something here tells me that barren McClaren’s
About to be taking a fall

At his under the cosh former client
If the PR and spin have for you got it in
You might as well look like you’re trying

Tells Steve what jokes and quips
He should crack to the media

We’re already splitting our sides
At Steve’s usage of verbal diarrhoea

There’s a press ban enforced by Steve’s squad

Till Steve is acknowledged as…..God??

Brilliant programme on 5 live the other night before the furore of Andorra

McClaren was asked, by the presenter, if he would consider resigning if we failed to beat Andorra? McClaren just burst out loudly into this strange sort of fake laughter, that was pretty… weird man!

Then Alan Green said, “That’s not the way that Steve usually answers questions, when interviewed, that was a rehearsed answer that some bloke. the FA employ, had taught Steve to spin to us, the media, and the public”. (I didn’t catch the spin doctors name)

It reminded me of, the actor, Tom Cruise live on American television, the other week, trying to be hysterically funny and failing abysmally, for no other reason than to save his movie career, from fast disappearing down the pan!

PR men and spin doctors, telling people what to say and when to say it, it’s getting like politics, this football lark.
