Unworthy.

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 As we enter the merry month of May
We have only Two games left to play
Blackburn at home and Watford away
Mouth watering fixtures I have to say.
And I now realise what Will Shakespeare meant
When he wrote of his ‘Winter of discontent ‘
Because at Reading for me came the final straw
I broke down in tears when I saw
But forget the performance
Forget the result
For a proud Geordie nation the final insult
A player unworthy, Do I need to expand ?
Kieron Dyer wearing our captains armband.

Notes

True geordie legends such as Hughie Gallagher, Joe Harvey, Bobby Moncur, Alan Shearer have led our famous club with pride and distinction. As far as I am concerned Dyer in his time at the club has never earned that honour.
