West-stand

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 I got a seat, i very rarely sit,
I’d rather stand, better innit,
like the early days, we all stood,
who wanted to sit on seats,
they were made o wood.
you all stood there, scarves in ya hand,
now i got a seat, in the weststand,
plastic seats, plastic glasses,
plastic stewards, plastic arses,
the atmosphere has gone from us,
ashes to ashes, dust to dust,
in Bermondsey, without the sand,
week in week out in my Weststand,
do i complain? do i hell,
i’m wiv me muckas, i’m proud to tell,
i better tell the truth here, no need to lie,
it ain’t my Weststand, i shouldn’t say my,
but i’m so proud of the lot i sit wiv,
were all the same, we share an give,
but the one-thing we got, that is plain top see,
we all love Millwall, our Millwall F.C,
so if you ever see us, were a family band,
and were all be together in our Weststand.

Notes

great aint it, to love Millwall, is to love Millwall.
