if not Wenger’s ready pre-match excuse?
0-0 just isn’t the arsenal way,
and that’s not how we’re meant to play,
Since when can you be booked for playing the ball,
be booked for not touching the man at all?
Since when does Van Persie’s left foot miss?
Since Rob Styles gave us death’s kiss?
What on earth is going on,
This horror couldn’t get more wrong,
Despite the moron in the black,
At least we’re tight (ish) at the back,
Just not when facing Aston Villa,
with Senderos’ defencive thriller!
What team in red have I just seen,
And what, for Arsenal, does that mean?

Come on Arsenal! We can’t lose the race for the title like this!
