To help you win the game
Will history stop you moaning
When all you do’s complain

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Your history hasn’t made you happy
With your comments so profane
How come your history comes in to play
Each time we win the game?

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Lets talk about this history
Tis all you seem to do
My history books do tell me
In three years we’ve lost once to you

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Of course we’ll lose a game to you again
That’s the way it goes
You have to learn to accept defeat
And take it on the nose

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 A lack of respect I would expect
From one who is a fool
But true supporters call it like it is
They know losing can be cruel

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 This match was quite exciting
This cheating that did cull
But if you honestly speak with your hand on your heart
Did it affect the result?

This incident took place
Try to do the decent thing
Try to lose with dignity and grace!

I would if it was me
But every time you lose a crucial match?
That is just conceit

We could lose it, there’s a chance
But whatever happens respect is due
It’s our turn now, what harm?

Notes

Respect in the league has to be earned and after losing just two league games in two seasons so far respect is long overdue as Jose is always telling us.

Most of the top people in the game who know what its all about confirm that we’re a half decent side, no more, no less. Is there a really decent team in the Premiership at the moment? The honest truth is probably no!

Maybe its the shortcomings of the rest that make us stand out and look so good?
