1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 let me tell you something
one thing
that really sucks
when you’re a forward

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 never mind the fact
others shun you
“fowards are backwards”
apparently i’m told

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 i used to be a keeper
i know, weird to hear
used to save goals
or try my best to, anyway

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 but to be a keeper
that’s turned into a forward
to be told repeatedly i’m abnormal
to be generalized as a striker

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 i am proud of my position
i enjoy it and it’s enjoyable
but to feel like i’m abnormal
makes me feel like i’m not a player

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 and to feel like that
evidently affects my playing
even if it’s bad to start with
it’s gotten less and less great

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 looks like the subs bench is my fate
